Nedra Weinreich, MS

Nedra Kline Weinreich is a recognized expert in the field of social marketing and is the Founder and President of Weinreich Communications. Nedra has designed programs using state-of-the-art behavioral science, digital media approaches, and storytelling. At Weinreich Communications, Nedra has provided social marketing services for non-profits, public agencies, and international organizations including the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration, U.S. Public Health Service, and the National Cancer Institute.

Nedra is also the author of Hands-On Social Marketing: A Step-by-Step Guide to Designing Change for Good. In her book, Nedra details the six steps of the social marketing planning process: analysis, strategy development, program and communication design, pretesting, implementation, and evaluation and feedback. Previously, Nedra taught a graduate course on social marketing at UCLA’s School of Public Health.

Nedra earned her Master’s degree in Health and Social Behavior from the Harvard School of Public Health and her bachelor’s degree in Conservation and Resource Studies from the University of California, Berkeley
