Dr. Stephanie Miles has 10 years of experience leading strategic communications campaigns and conducting communications research. Her passion lies in understanding how to reach the right audience with the right message to drive positive behavior change. Dr. Miles has worked on campaigns surrounding COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy, suicide prevention, mental health stigma, substance use recovery, and consumer comprehension of health information. At Fors Marsh Group, Dr. Miles is the Creative Testing Lead for the “We Can Do This” Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) COVID-19 Public Education Campaign. Previously, she served as the Director of Communications for the SoAR Foundation (Supports of Agricultural Research) where she developed communication strategies to convince legislators to increase funding for agricultural research.
Dr. Miles earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Texas Tech University. She received her doctor of philosophy in mass communications from the University of Iowa.
