As you are likely aware, Covid-19 has disrupted everyone’s travel and conference plans for the foreseeable future. Consequently, the Co-Chairs and I made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 event, and worked with the Sheraton Sand Key to reschedule the meeting to June 16-19, 2021. June 16-17: training academies, and June 18-19: conference.
IF you’ve made a hotel reservation, be sure to cancel. The Sheraton Sand Key’s direct line is 727-595-1611. Ask for reservations. IF your reservation was made inside the group block, the Sheraton has likely reached out to you.
IF you registered and paid your registration fees, email me at [email protected] for instructions on how to obtain a refund. I sent a detailed email to the registrants. Still, if you have any questions, reach out to me.
IF you submitted an abstract, I’m keeping track of what I’ve received. I plan to reach out to you around January 2021 to see if you are still interested. You will also have the opportunity to tweak what you’ve sent if applicable.
IF you are a presenter or on the larger planning committee, and are learning of the cancellation for the first time here, I apologize. You are my next audience to email.
We’ve built an impressive agenda, albeit behind-the-scenes and not necessarily reflected on the web page. The goal is to secure commitments from the talented speakers we’ve tapped and make 2021 worth waiting for.
I’m sorry for the disruptions this rescheduling may have caused you.
Stay healthy, Bobbi Rose [email protected] 813-974-6158
